Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia – Gold

Obtained by cooking the must of Reggio grapes and subsequent aging, for at least 40 years, in wooden barrels of different essences. To obtain the gold stamp, it is necessary to obtain a score of at least 300 points in the tasting test. This extraordinary product has a high density, a very dark color, a high aromatic complexity and a long-lasting flavor.

Ingredients: 100% grape must composed of Trebbiano DOC (white berry) and Lambrusco DOC (red berry).
