The Company

Over the years we have added to the vineyard the production of balsamic vinegar, a tradition of Reggio Emilia. We started back in 1968 with only four batteries, thanks to uncle Luigi Belei, who passed on the passion and knowledge to start a real vinegar factory. Today we have 35 batteries, with chestnut, oak, mulberry, cherry, black locust, ash and juniper barrels: some of them have more than half a century of history behind them.
Every year we improve our product thanks to the updating of production techniques, the monitoring of the progress of the vinegar through the protection consortium and a team of specialized tasters, but above all thanks to untiring commitment and passion.
