Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia – Silver

Obtained by cooking the must of Reggio grapes and subsequent aging, for at least 20 years, in wooden barrels of different essences. To obtain the silver badge, the product must reach at least 270 points in the tasting test. This type of vinegar has a richer and more intense aroma, a slightly darker color, greater density, less marked acidity and a sweeter flavor than lobster.

Ingredients: 100% grape must composed of Trebbiano DOC (white berry) and Lambrusco DOC (red berry).

Format: 100 ml glass bottle with cork and seal of the consortium in red wax-lacquer.

Directions for use: ideal for use raw in mayonnaise and sauces to accompany boiled meats and red meats, ideal on spicy and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
