Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia – Lobster

Obtained from the cooking of must from Reggio grapes and from the subsequent aging, for at least 12 years, in wooden barrels of different essences. To obtain certification from the consortium for the protection of traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia, the product must obtain at least 240 points in the tasting test. This type of vinegar has a light brown color, is dense and with a pleasant acidity.

Ingredients: 100% grape must composed of Trebbiano DOC (white berry) and Lambrusco DOC (red berry).

Format: 100 ml glass bottle with cork and seal of the consortium in red wax-lacquer.

Directions for use: its good acidity makes it perfect paired with meat and fish carpaccio, in dips, risottos and marinades. It can be used to flavor shellfish, lamb chops and chicken breasts.
